- Footwear must be returned in original packaging
- No returns accepted for used or damaged items

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For returns due to our error (defective product, wrong item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping.
How long does it take to process a refund?
